Choosing the right coding assessment tool

I’ve been exploring different coding assessment platforms for our tech recruiting process, and it’s a bit overwhelming — i’ve had some luck with HackerRank but heard good things about Codility too. What tools do you all find most effective for evaluating candidates’ skills, especially in specific tech stacks like Java or Python?

, I totally get the struggle with choosing a coding assessment tool. I had success using HackerRank for Java tests, but I found the interface a bit clunky. Have you looked into CodeSignal?

HackerRank is solid for Java, but I’ve found CodeSignal’s challenges to be more engaging… Have you tried any assessments from them?
