Role: Full-time Recruiter, focusing on roles in revenue-generating teams (e.g., sales, marketing, GTM)
Compensation: Base salary of $100,000 – $130,000, plus stock options
Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-lifecycle recruiting with high touch — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through process

  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and build candidate pipelines in a fast-growing tech environment

  • Use metrics to track recruiting effectiveness, identify process bottlenecks, and improve strategy
