Job Title: Physician Recruiter

Location: Remote (work-from-home) 
Compensation: Base salary + unlimited monthly bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, remote-flexible
What You’ll Do:
- Full lifecycle recruiting of physicians—source, interview, and place.
- Work closely with clients nationwide to fill permanent and locum positions.
Requirements:
- Prior recruiting experience (healthcare preferred, other recruiting backgrounds considered)
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Self-motivated with a track record of working independently
