What actually maps MOS to jobs

Last quarter at Fort Cavazos I leaned on O*NET and DoD COOL crosswalks alongside our Greenhouse reqs to map 11B into field service and 25B into SecOps, but managers still trip on rank-to-scope and the “we vs I” storytelling. What tools or talk-tracks are you using to translate those skills and ease the culture shift in interviews?

I’ve found using behavioral metrics really helps bridge that gap… For example, framing questions around team collaboration while recognizing individual contributions can shift perspectives. Have you tried incorporating more role-play scenarios in your interviews?
