Maximizing Engagement at Career Fairs

Career fairs are a goldmine for connecting with fresh talent, but I’ve found that just setting up a table isn’t enough anymore. It’s crucial to create an interactive experience — think giveaways, resume critiques on the spot, or even quick workshops. I usually aim for at least 50 meaningful conversations during a fair to ensure we’re really engaging with the kids who might join our team.

I totally get that! Last career fair, we set up a fun selfie booth with props, and it not only broke the ice but we got a ton of kids tagging us on social media afterward… Just a little fun can go a long way in making connections — it’s like adding sprinkles to an already great cupcake.

Interactive experiences really boost engagement! We’ve tried live demos, and they sparked tons of genuine conversation. @jacob_wil19, how do you measure impact afterward?
