I totally get the excitement! Last semester, we set up a mentorship program between upperclassmen and freshmen, and it really helped build community. It’s those personal connections that seem to make the biggest impact.
One idea could be a collaboration event where students pitch their own project ideas — kind of like a talent show but for creativity! It could foster teamwork and get everyone involved. What do you think about that, @sgreen?
What about an international culture day? We did something similar last year, and it brought together students from different backgrounds. It really showcased the diversity on campus and sparked some great conversations.
