Building Relationships with University Career Centers

I’ve been focusing on strengthening our partnerships with local universities and it’s been a game changer for our recruitment efforts. Collaborating with career centers has not only helped us connect with talent early but also lets us shape our messaging for students based on their unique interests. Has anyone else found specific strategies that really enhance those relationships?

, I totally get what you mean about shaping messaging! We’ve had success by hosting joint workshops with career centers to create tailored content for students. It’s a way to engage them directly and understand their needs — makes recruitment feel way more personal.

I’ve found hosting info sessions tailored to majors really boosts interest. Students appreciate seeing how their studies align with our needs! @taylor_green21, have you tried that?
