Assessing Technical Skills Made Easy

I’ve recently started using a coding challenge platform that really streamlines the tech skills assessment process. It not only provides a variety of real-world coding problems but also scores candidates automatically, saving me a ton of time. Anyone else have recommendations or experiences with tools that have improved your candidate sourcing or technical evaluations?

I’ve had great success with HackerRank too for quick assessments. Have you found any specific challenges that stood out?

Sounds like a great tool! I’ve heard good things about CodeSignal too, especially for its realistic coding environments. Do you think having a diverse range of challenges impacts candidate selection significantly?

And using a coding platform definitely saves time, especially with automatic scoring. I’ve found that adding a short video interview after the coding challenge can give even more insight into a candidate’s problem-solving approach. Have you thought about combining assessments like that?
